Services
Astra Screw can provide a wide range of services to its customer base, with involvement, commitment and innovative process layouts to improve quality and costs.

Our customer support system provides technical support and is a liaison to customers. Our quality assurance manager investigates quality problems using SPC and other methods to diagnose problem areas and assist in problem resolution.

Machinery
Our production machinery consists of the following:
• 14 Davenport 5 spindle automatic screw machines with 7/8" capacity
• 10 ACME Gridley 6 spindle automatic screw machines with 2 5/8" capacity
• We have 35 employees operating our 17,500 square foot plant located in Brampton, just West of Toronto, Ontario near Dixie and Steeles.
